As a first point of contact for our clients, the candidate will be in charge of responding efficiently and professionally on requests from assigned clients and coordinating the effort of the company resources to respond to customer service or change requests. For this position, we will value motivation over experience. The right candidate must be passionate about serving clients with a continuous desire to expand his/her knowledge and skills.

what you will do

  • Act as a first line of support, providing technical assistance and advise to our clients on a daily basis
  • Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with our clients to understand and identify new and existing needs and support new business lines
  • Interface with internal teams, participate in discussions on process and best practices and follow-up on deliverables
  • Perform regular client visits and service reviews with the ability to travel as required
  • Follow regulation and changes within the fund industry to develop & maintain a high level of industry knowledge
  • Train clients to use the system

what should you have

  • Very good English and French (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of banking operations and investment fund industry
  • Positive attitude with customers and internal parties, excellent written, verbal and communications skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with clients and establish credibility based on industry, product, and technology knowledge
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, manage conflicting priorities and remain calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and demonstrated ability to adapt to new programs and learn quickly
  • A first work experience, preferably in client services
