SEQVOIA is looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in Human Resource management that will help to support our growth.

what you will do

  • Administration of all aspects of human ressource management
  • Recruitment including recruitment salons, candidate selection, interview management, job descriptions, salary negotiations, employment contracts
  • Ongoing administration of personnel including contracts, benefits, holiday and sickness leave
  • Ownership of relevant internal policies
  • Management and control of outsourced payroll services
  • Management of internships and work visit programmes
     

what should you have

  • Work experience in human ressource in Luxembourg
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg employment law and market practise
  • Organisation skills, ability to work independently, experience in identifying priorities and setting goals
  • Flexibility to attend recruitment events
  • Relevant education or degree
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Excellent English and French, written and spoken
  • Good command of desktop tool (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Interest in a part-time position

  • Proven track record
  • Knowledge of additional languages, especially German or Luxembourgish
